Inspired by other Lack enclosures i came up with this design.
Idea is to screw wooden or plexiglas sidewalls to the printed parts.
I didn't want to fit in wood or plexiglas just to a given thickness.
Thoughts after printing:
Lack unter der Tischplatte v1.stl wasn't that clever designed; when screwing it to the plate it would prevent the foot from turning; beeing not that thick, it's just fine to clamp it in between the leg and the plate
Lack_Bodenfuss.stl; fit is ok, but i must see whether it is less noisy to have the printer on the original wooden leg; i assume that the plastic foot might increase noise
Lack_Fuss.stl; screwing the print to the leg from the side does not seem the best idea; guess i should have add screw mounts inside the "tube" to get more pressure between print and leg; screwing the model on top of the plate seems to be fine
next step is to cut the sides; i am thinking of 3 sides out of wood and one plexiglas; the wooden sides might be better to screw lighting, cable management,... to it
