[UPDATE: October 1, 2020]:
I uploaded a zip-file, which contains the .f3d and .step files for your convenience. Just delete the stl extension from the filename.
This is a remix of the 120mm fan duct from moriaty_ (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4495123). Credits to him!
I use this duct for my Noctua NF-A12x25 5V PWM, which I temperature control by a BM280 sensor connected to Octoprint with Enclosure plugin.
Here is also my housing I use for the sensor https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4604006
I took the design and made some adjustments to fit my needs:
Moved the cable slot to the side wall because I have a suspended ceiling in my encloser that covers the wireing of the fan and LEDs. The ceiling is made of 2 layers of foam board (each 5mm).
Added guiding slots on on two walls to ensure proper fit between top and bottom part and avoid slipping and rotation between the parts.
Added three levels/compartments to the top part to insert carbon filter matts (10mm each).
As I was unsure how many layers would be necessary the keep up a good air flow but still filtering the air I made 3 compartments. Currently I use two compartments for testing temperature control
IMPORTANT: I extruded the inner distance from 50mm to 60mm due to the +10mm of the suspended ceiling. If you want to use my design, then please take this into account. Thanks!
Removed the screw holes from the top part as not needed. The top can easily be removed for changing the filters.
Did some cleanup of the original STL file.
