Those are longer axle hub ends designed to fit a AXIAL AX10 solid axle, to replace the Kyosho Rampage axle motor and transmission case.
A diff locker inside the AX10 diff case to fit the Kyosho drive shafts, so the axle remains 200mm wide (Kyosho Rampage size), lower link arm locations where added so the geometry kinetics remain the same.
