This remix of chrismeyers2000's KW1 key generator (in turn based on Nirav Patel's keygen) allows you to disable the notches on the sides of the key shaft. Without those notches, the generated key is much easier to print, but it cannot be used in any actual locks. But, if you have a duplicator, you can easily make a metal copy on a proper blank.
For a small-scale locksmith, this greatly simplifies key origination.
Update: Revised to disable fudge factor by default, and updated the shape of the bit cutting "tool" to follow published specifications. Changed recommended filament to PLA - you want the hardest plastic you can print here.
