If you need a stand for the KSGER hot air rework station wand and bought the little stand that Banggood sell, and don't want to drill into the case to fit it, and fancy something freestanding...then this may be of interest to you....
I have done this in 2 similar but different flavours
a 2 piece stand (as shown in the actual photo's)
(base with tray, mainstand and a sliding drawer - base is a fit to the stand but a drop of glue would be a wise precaution)
and a one piece stand with integrated base and tray and a removable sliding drawer for nozzles and nick nacks
Originally I printed just the main stand part - but found that if you tugged on the cord attaching the wand to the controller (not wise to do) it was just possible to pull the unit over (extreme danger) so added the extended foot with handy nozzle/bits n bobs tray
I actually printed the sliding drawer using Cura's spiralize outer contour (vase mode) as I knew it would be "good enough" to house the bits I would be placing in there and was impatient to check it worked
Not a lot else to say
The stand piece you can buy from Banggood (if they haven't started supplying them with this now) unscrews from the metal bracket they supply and screws into the pre made holes in the top of the main stand piece (there is enough room to get a long ish screwdriver in there and the supplied screws are an OK fit)
I printed the main stand body and the sliding drawer on the Ender3 and the yellow base shown on a DIY Delta
I found the tolerances to be OK ish - but did need a bit of fettling for a good fit (yea..my Delta is not as tight and dialled in as the Ender)
Hope it helps someone
I will print the single piece stand (will print it on its side again - but it will need supports for the front tray part - which will result in quite an overhang) and may not be quite as pretty due to the supports - depends how well you have them dialled in
Happy to share the Fusion360 files if anyone needs them
