The school was opened to the public as a Commercial School on the first of September in 1956. The students were taught in the afternoons because the school did not have an own building. We trained skilled cooks, waiters, confectioners on the catering line and butchers, shop assistants in grocery stores and clothes shops on the commercial line. The school did not have an own building for 30 years, so during this period we moved to different places six times and tried to survive. We did our best to keep and raise the standard of education as far as possible. #Krúdy_Gyula
