...so I made these...
The part called rod_piece is printed, I used PLA.
The part called Teflon is actually not printed on mine. They are made in a Schaublin lathe and I owe my life to the guys who helped me with this (Khun Chai and Khun Racine).

And yes, they are made of Teflon... noo not the guys.. the part of course.
They fit with 10x10mm cylindrical magnets N52 and 10mm bearing balls GRADE 100 AISI 52100 (they have good magnetic properties and they are "stainless") "Normal" stainless is not magnetic and will not work!
In the other end I have a ring magnet 10 X 3 mm with countersunk hole 3mm N50.
This is magnet is glued to the ball. That way you don't get any side forces on the magnetic coupling.
I had to drill up the hole for the rod. I put in some clearance variables in the scad file that you can play with if you don't want to drill.
