Kossel mini effector with probing nozzle and hall sensor. by hackele

This is similar to the effector being remixed I designed earlier for a
microswitch, but using a small hall sensor module pcb —https://www.sunfounder.com/modules/sensor-module/analog-hall-sensor-module.html
I use it in analog mode with duet firmware, but I suspect it could also be used with other firmwares in digital mode as well.
