Konica Hexanon 45mm f1.8/1.6 adapter to use on Leica M close focus adapters on mirrorless cameras.
You need this adapter printed, to remove the lens from the camera and remove the shutter mechanism with the shutter blades.
then screw the adapter on the lens and is ready to be mounted on Techart Pro AF adapter, Voigtlander Close focusing or any chinese copy.
This will not focus if mounted on Leica M film or digital camera.
