A connector for testing Kobalt 80 volt batteries or for wiring them up to a DC/DC converter.
Print the cover and the mate plate, find some metal contacts which can protrude from the narrow slots in the mate plate, solder in any wire leads and then glue the two parts together. For added strength, you can use small screws to secure the cover to the mate plate.
After I finish the connector, I usually clearly write a + and a - on the cover plate in permanent marker so that I don't insert the connector into the battery backwards.
Warning: the Kobalt 80v battery produces high voltages and can supply high currents. Improper use can result in dangerous conditions, shock hazards, fires or worse. Do not use this connector if you are unfamiliar with high voltages or lithium ion batteries.
