Klipper Firmware for Anycubic Mega Zero 1 and 2 by TheNoob0

I just configured Klipper firmware for my MZ2 and i wanted to share my config files just to be helpful
MZ.cfg = Regular mega zero with no heat bed
MZ_MAINSAIL.cfg = mega zero with mainsail os
MZBED.cfg = Mega zero with bed (mega zero 2.0)
MZ_BED_MAINSAIL.cfg = Mega Zero with heat bed and Mainsail os
How to install:
I assume that you already have klipper but if you dont, start here: https://www.klipper3d.org/. I am currently using mainsailos (https://github.com/meteyou/mainsail) and if you want to install it follow this link: https://docs.mainsail.xyz/setup/. When you install klipper download your required config file and use WINSCP (Octoprint) or just upload it from the interface (mainsail) and all should be good. Make sure to rename it to printer.cfg!

Added start and end macros, bed leveling menu and support for mainsail os

Added seprate config files for Mainsail os users
