KK Connectors for Creality to Duet Conversion by compcarj

I installed a Duet WiFi, and normally, it would require cutting and splicing the OEM Creality connectors to Molex KK style connectors found on the Duet Wifi board.
However, with the help of a model from Jon at Proper Printing, I was able to shortcut the install and make my life much easier in the process.
