Kingroon KP3S BMG V6 by finedays

A tool head carriage for the Kingroon KP3S printer.
This will allow you to mount a BMG extruder onto the exist rail block with a direct V6 hotend.
And it utilizes Prusa i3 MK3S' fan duct for better part cooling.

You have to use ABL sensor(BLtouch/clones) for Z homing due to shorter hotend compared to the original.
ABL sensor can be installed left side of hotend or its right side.
Left side is closer to the hotend, so it can probe larger area. But be aware of possible heat damage.

You may lose 15mm of Y build volume

Slicer settings :
Print with PETG or ABS.
The fan duct is very close to the hotend, so print it with ABS or similar high temp materials.
0.2mm layer height
3+ perimeters
5+ top, bottom layers
20% infill, grid pattern
Print it with support except screw holes.
