A Vasgyár altisztjei számára épült földszintes kialakítású, két lakást tartalmazó háztípus, melyből tíz darab épült. A lakások eredetileg három lakószobából, kamrából és wc-t tartalmazó fürdőszobából álltak. A lakás fedett hátsó teraszról, a padlás tűzlétrával közelíthető meg.
