No support, No bolt
Features of this design
1) This kerfmaker is designed and included with all necessary parts, so no additional metal bolts or nuts are required.
2) If you do not change the direction of the attached STL file, you can print without setting support, brim, or raft (it may vary depending on print performance)
3) CA Glue and Screwdriver are required for assembly.
Precautions when printing and assembling
1) For the Slicing program, the 4.XX version of Cura is recommended.
2) Do not change the orientation of all STL files, print with no support. (It may be different depending on the print performance)
3) When printing mid rail and top rail, it is recommended to set the shell-Hole Horizontal Expansion value to 0.4 in the cura setting (the value can be set differently depending on the printer condition).
4) When assembling after printing all files, attach the top with top rails, mid with mid rails using the CA glue respectively. When bonding, align the positions of the holes well.
5) Two threads have different lengths, so be sure to assemble them exactly in their original position
6) When assembling threads and knobs, first insert the knob into the gap and then assemble the thread. When the threads and knobs are assembled, fasten them using CA glue and screwdriver
