karbandi is the structure of a kind of roofing, consisting of ribs with a certain arched form which interlock according to certain geometrical rules and form the main frame of the roof. (bozorgmehri)
this is one of the best iranian structure, and if it use as roof it can bear many weight because of the special form and geometric column.
