Kaleidocycle (tight fit)

This is just a scaled version of original from Compliant Mechanisms by BYU_CMR. For some reason the original is too small and thin, so it doesn't fit at all.
I scaled it up and increased thickness by a factor of slightly more than 1.5 to make parts fit tightly.
