To be able to keep the bed temp up to 110 degrees C I had to make a nice enclosure for my new Solidoodle 3. I used locally bought acrylic glass sheet (Biltema), one sheet of 4 mm thick 400x600 mm and three sheets of 2 mm thick 300x300 mm acrylic sheet for the sides.
Sides are held by 10x10x2 mm neodym magnets I had laying around just pressed into the pockets.
Update 2013-08-07: New magnetic holder for acrylic glas added for round 10 mm magnets (around 1,8 mm thick from UnitedHobby) it is the part "hinge door 3_mod,stl" file
Update 2013-10-30: Short instruction for how many of each part you need.
Printed parts:
lid_corner.stl --> 4 parts
nob_door.stl --> 1 part
hinge_door_1.stl --> 2 parts
hinge_door_2.stl --> 2 parts
hinge_door_3.stl/door_hinge_3_mod.stl -->
6 parts each for the two sides (left/right)
1 part for the top side of the front door
hinge_door_3.stl uses magnets with size 10x10x1,75 mm
hinge_door_3_mod.stl uses magnets that are round with diameter 10 mm and thickness 1,5 mm.
The thickness does not need to spot on but rather thinner then thicker.
Plastic sheets needed
The plastic sides are made from 300x300x2 mm thick acrylic sheets and the top sheet is made from a 4 mm thick acrylic sheet.
I cut the lidtop and the lid sides from the 4 mm sheet which from the start had the size 400x600 mm. I laid it on top of the SD3 and marked out the top size. I took the rest of the sheet and cut the lid sides so that the 3D printed corner pieces reached down over the SD cube corners.
I used M3 Hex screws and lock nuts to mount it all together. The hinge_door_1.stl, hinge_door_2.stl and hinge_door_3.stl parts was mounted on the 2 mm acrylic sheets with a small amount of UHU por glue.
I also added rubber lining on the sides and the door to tighten it up and to avoid heat to exit.

Ps. I will add a filament guide and Filament spool holder mounted to the lid later on. I also need to use a 40 W light bulb in the bottom of the enclosure to get to 110 degrees C bed temp. With this temp there is no problem with part not sticking to the bed. Note: I use this temp with ABS plastic
