This block has been designed to better align the z axis bearings as the original bearing holders need to be aligned manually.
I found the horizontal adjustment not to give enough play resulting in lots of tension on the vertical rods.
The blocks can be used for 10mm linear ball bearings (LM10UU) as well as for 10mm drylin bearings.
However I found the ball bearing to work best for the left z axis.
Note1:
There is no hole for the Z stop screw in the block, but I solved it by mounting it using the nearest bolt hole, and used a longer bolt to mount it all.
Note2:
The bearings should fit snuggly, and no clips are needed. Should the bearing be (a little) loose, wrap it with a little glue tape (or drop of glue) to make it fit snug.
