In 2009 the team extend the Driver Development programme by creating a Formula 3 team for Briitsh F3 and F3 Euroseries. Under the name Junior NM Racing, they enter 3 Dallara-Mercedes cars in British F3 and 2 cars in Euro F3. The development program Is now considered a huge success, with all members going on to win a race in a major category. . The Team uses the same livery of the F1 team and for the Dallara chassis (that was made 0087Adam).
