This is a filament switch and a filament guide in one. It's been designed to replace the stock Lulzbot Taz filament guide and adds a filament switch for detecting when your filament runs out. I recommend using it with OctoPrint and the Enclosure plugin. My design uses a microswitch rather than optical sensor to avoid any potential issues with transparent filaments. Please like this design if you like it!
It has slots for adjusting the position of the microswitch. I used the switches on the link below but had to cut the metal lever down to match the length of the microswitch body.

I have designed the shape to work with the filament cleaner found here:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2440593
(print without supports and you'll have to drill out the holes for the 3mm filament on the Taz)
