JB74 Jimny front door speaker spacer.

This is a front door speaker spacer to suit the new (2019/2020) Jimny. They let you mount larger (13cm/5.25 inch) speakers.
There are two files - Rev A file suits the passenger door, it does not have a cutout for the speaker terminals, but the speaker still fits.
Rev C has been rotated so that the Pioneer Speakers sit with the labels horizontal, this is a pedantic thing and you can't see them anyway with the door trim on. There is a recess for the speaker terminals in this one.
I recommend to use two Rev C designs and ignore the angle of the speaker.
I used weather strip type adhesive foam to mount to the door frame and 20mm strip foam to push against the door frame.
There are a few sites out there showing how the Suzuki OEM kit is fitted and just copy that. (BigJimny forum in the UK is one).
I used Pioneer TS-G1320F speakers (5.25 inch)
I used PLA and good so far in the Australian summer, if there is a problem with car temperatures in the future, I'll remake them in ABS.
