The function of the cart is to be able to have a fan and wheels attached to it. The fan will be clipped on the top of the cart, while the wheels are attached on the bottom of the cart. When the fan is turned on, the fan will push on the air and help the cart move forward. The overall goal of the project was to design a fast and efficient car and find out where all the lost energy goes during the conservation of energy.
