Summary
You may ask: "What is this thing?"
Well, in fact it is a replica of a Yellow Vintage Cookie Jar from the 70's (McCoy VINTAGE Pottery #208 Yellow Mouse Cookie Jar).
Today it is more like a part of an internet Meme - it's a mascot of the Gregory Thompson universe Lore.
If you are interested in the Lore just read the last section.

The Lore behind the Yellow Jar
A Meme was born
Everything started with the program of Austin Community College English Instructor Greg Thompson's and his original 1987 educational ESL program "At Home With English". This old-Austin classic was replaced by an updated version Thompson filmed later in 1994, but this original series has not been aired for many years on ACC Television.
Nowadays those movies came back to live again with the help of the internet. There was Meme created named "Oblivion NPC Conversation Meme" (Bethesda Game Elder Scrolls Oblivion) which puts a hyperbole on humans that act like slow machines or non-playable game charaters.
The YouTube channel "Whacked Out Entertainment" used the "At Home With English" videos and overlayed some Oblivion Game Head Up Display with the "Harvest Dawn" game soundtrack in background.
About 100 small video clips where born and will soon fill a 24/7 LiveStream that started by the 5th March 2021.https://www.youtube.com/c/whackedoutentertainment
The GregiVerse Community
This live stream was fascinating. The little stories put by Gregory Thompson in the 80's are on the one hand a little bit strange and awkward but on the other hand full of positivness and human greeness.
The Oblivion Soundtrack in background made those clips some kind of hypnotic such as reassuring and recovering. Quickly the stream was filled with nearly 100 people that were constantly watching and chatting together.
With the start of the discord server the audience began to organize themselves.https://discord.com/invite/cfPjE5c9uR
The Gregiverse quickly turned out to be a very productive community. Greg and his videos were used to create crossover-memes and content which turned out to be beautiful art.
Some content examples:
a fictional lore that explains the greg videos and their background
some neat sound tracks with greg vocals (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGpruJ5ebRLnamq0ag_COgg )
real life spots with some pictures about greg and his life knowledge from the videos
deep fakes with wombo and reface app
custom deep fakes using a even more dynamic AI
cross-memes including not only greg but also the oof stones and the fichtl stuff from the woodys
Oblivion, Fallout 3 and 4 mods to have greg and some other characters from the stream in the game
designs with gregory's smile to be put on T-Shirts, Coffee Cups and Teddy Bears clothes
subreddit to store our created memes permanently ( https://www.reddit.com/r/Gregorians/ )
greg AI voice synthetics
3d printing of merchandise and other objects (like this yellow jar)
Beside that:
we have made friends together all over the world
we streamed games and real-life walks together and trained us to speak english
The Yellow Jar
The yellow jar appears in at least one of the original video clips and was some kind of mystery. Actually it is just a cookie jar but creates some real dark vibes. You need to know that one video clip is about shopping that shows Gregory going to a supermarket with his tall girlfriend. The girlfriend is only seen in that seen and wears a yellow sweater. She was named Big Mustard. Mustard was never seen in other videos which lead to the idea that she has left the life of Gregory. The Yellow Jar may some kind of old memory for Greg about Mustard. Some even say that the ashes of Big Mustard were put into the Yellow Jar which makes it even darker.
The Yellow Jar was then used to create some cursed-look-a-like deep fakes - and so the horror arc began ...
