Adapter Anchor Block.
When you buy a plug-in power supply / charger / transformer, it usually includes an adapter so you can directly connect a pair of cables. This is useful for hobbyists and for connecting up something that doesn't have a jack plug input.
I designed this little gizmo to anchor the adapter. Someone might find it useful.
The cable adapter pushes in from the back and then clips downwards (tight fit). It can be fixed to a surface with screws, double sided tape or glue. It prints well. Any issues, please comment (politely) and I'll attempt a bit of modification.
I have designed a similar connector for use with Arduino. It consists of one of these connectors coupled with a similar connection for USB. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4807388
I have also designed a similar item for the Gaugemaster 12/16v transformer (Product Code: WM1 - (GMC-WM1)). This is a bit more complex as the adapter is a PCB. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4774468
There are several files included. A single (see photos) for normal people, a double for those who like extra power and a triple for the power crazed among us.
Adapter 4 is the single version.
Adapter 5 is the double version.
Adapter 6 is the triple version.
also.
Adapter 7 facia fit. A new version - for fitting to a facia

Adapter 8 facia fit with switch - as above bit with 6.5mm hole for a switch

Double facia version. As 'Adapter 7' but for two adapters to fit side by side.
Triple facia version. As 'Adapter 7' but for three adapters to fit side by side.
Not all of these files have been test printed. I can add further variants if required.
NO TIPS PLEASE. If anyone wants to tip, just put something in a charity box. :)
This is designed to support an electrical item. I accept no responsibility for anything that goes wrong.
