J6 hot end mount for wade extruder by tamas

I wanted to make printing more robust and easier to maintain and put a J6 hot end onto my custom built Prusa i3. This interface goes on a wade extruder with 4mm bolts.
I made a increased size fan adapter to give better cooling for the hot end since the mount is ABS.
It does a great job, I use it for PLA printing with 1mm nozzle.
I have cut the teflon pipe just under the extruder gear nearly touching it in position, so it is very easy to change filament roll even while the printer is printing...
