This is a Work in Progress mod for the Inverse Kinematic Paint Mixer by Mark Rhodes

I want to be able to operate the mixer with a battery-operated electric screwdriver or drill, using a hex key as motor shaft.
I have modified the "MOTOR CLAMP" from the original design to have the hex key inserted into it. I also uploaded a version of the clamp with "integrated" shaft, compatible with a standard issue electric screwdriver. i do not expect it to hold much to the movement stress, but it could be worth a try if you can't get hold of a hex key/bar to make a shaft.
You will have to print this instead of the original motor clamp. Please note that this clamp is still held by the nut and bold of the original design, as it will need some grease from time to time to work, like the other clamp. Do not tighten TOO MUCH the nut and bold, as this part needs to rotate (while the original motor stays still, obviously).
I am now in the process of printing and testing all the parts, so expect the design to be tweaked.
Since it will have to sustain major torque solicitations from the hex key, it will best be printed with sturdy walls and high infill. Will test both 50% and 100% infill, if needed.
ATTENTION:
All the parts that form the paint shaker need super tight tolerances. I am planning to do some sanding to the clamps to allow a smoother rotation, please expect to do the same unless your printer is perfectly dialed in. you could also consider printing the clamp and screw 1% or 2% larger, eventually, but this could compromise how components fit.
