Intersecting Gear Desktop Toy

Decorative and useless desktop toy. Features two intersecting gears - one with a section cut out, another with a single spoke. The two are synced such that they can rotate freely without colliding.
Edit: I've changed the crank handle a bit and added an option for the frame that has a base to make it easier to use.
