This intake hose for the old two-stroke Aprilia RS 125 is designed as a simple replacement for the original part, providing a larger inner diameter for less flow resistance. It is still a curved pathway to provide some noise cancelling like the original one.
The outer part is pointing downwards a little, otherwise it would be very close to the fuel tank. The inner end is cut in an incline.
It is designed to be printed with flexible filament (TPU) and can't be mounted when using PLA or other stiff materials. The inner flap is smaller than the outer one so it is easier to push inside the airbox than the original intake hose. There is no need to disassemble the airbox.
