Insulin Holder Lantus remix

I enjoyed the original design from Steve Thone (sthrone) as it fits the Lantus 10mL vials. I added windows to view the remaining content of the vial without having to remove from the holder as well as an opening in the cap so the insulin can be drawn out without having to remove the vial from the container.
