UPDATE 24th February 2020:
Redesigned all the inserts in Fusion 360 to deal with mesh problems with the originals.
Added ½ height inserts which stack. I find these useful both for small quantities of things and also that they're more comfortable to reach the bottom of.
Added a 60 x 180mm insert for long, thin items.
It has been brought to my attention that the Makita P-84137 is the same as the Festool SYS-SB but coloured teal.
Designed to be compatible with Festool SYS-SB and SYS 4 TL-SORT/3 toolboxes. Included are:
60 x 60mm
60 x 120mm
120 x 120mm
120 x 180mm
There are little lugs on the underside to locate on the relevant points inside the toolboxes. I printed using both PLA and PETG, as that's what I had to hand. The PLA doesn't feel like it will last being taken in and out of the box frequently, but the PETG should be okay.
