Insert Support Base for FL Insert

This component is designed to support the underside of an insert outside of its case.
The cutout is to make room for the cylindrical protrusion aligned with one of the insert's fins.
Meant to be remixed/modified (add attachments to the flat extrusions, hooks, etc).
Including the SLDPRT for anyone who wants to remix so long as they share alike!
