Inline Extractor Fan for K40 (or other use) by TankyTurk

I hated that ugly and much too big extractor contraption that gets delivered with the Chinese K40 laser. It won't let you open the lid to the laser tube compartment because of it's size so I decided to get rid of it and print my own inline extractor fan instead. The only thing I reused from the original is the motor and the fan, the rest went in the bin.
It used 300m of filament when I first designed because of the vast amount of support some parts needed so I redesigned it and now uses about 200m of filament and very little supports.
The two "spouts" are each printed in two parts to stop wasting filament on supports so they need gluing together and then glued to the main body. There were some gaps left after I glued it all together so I remembered a "wild idea" a friend came up with. I made some thick ABS slurry and just brushed it on, left to dry (don't take long) and brushed over again till the gaps were closed/filled.
It took 3 days to design and print all parts using a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer height. With a 0.4mm nozzle, it would have probably taken twice as long.
This was my biggest print so far and a big design challenge for me but I am happy with how it turned out and most of all that it works.
