Direct driven ball screw Z-axis for the Indymill
Parts:
Print all the parts which start with "Print..". Print them heavy.
Machine all "..plate" parts. They are supposed to be milled from 10mm aluminum (or 10 mm plywood for testing)

2x 278.5 mm extruded aluminum profile 20x20. I used B-type with 6 mm nut:https://www.motedis.com/shop/Aluprofile/Aluprofil-20x20-B-Typ-Nut-6::1.html
10 M4 hammer nuts for the profiles.

16 M3x10
16 M3x14
6 M4x12
10 M4x16
4 M5x16
8 M5x20
10 M6x20
2 M6x35
4 M6x40
4 M5 lock nuts for the motor
The rest can be salvaged from the original build.
The spindle plate has bore holes for the 1.5kW spindle. I will update a file with a hole pattern for the 500W spindle the next days (or if someone has the spindle and can estimate the best bore hole positions please contact me)
