Industrial drying oven designed for intermediate and final polymerization of composite products and tooling. The furnace is equipped with a special controller that provides multi-level temperature control. air heating is provided by air heaters of 1500W each, circulation is carried out by two tangential fans from the center to the edges. Temperature control accuracy ± 0.5 ° C. The design is optimized based on calculations of temperature and air flow in SW FlowSimulation.
