You're invited to propose ideas and thoughts about how to redevelop the now vacant site at 550 McCaslin Blvd, in Louisville Colorado. The storefront previously operated as a Sam's Club supper store. In January of 2010 the store announced that it would be closing its doors later that month. The Building is approximately 128,000sf with a 235,000sf parking lot. The site is situated in a commercial zone between a residential area to the East and a light industrial area across McCaslin Blvd to the West.
