License Plate Frame for the Indian Scout Bobber motorcycle. I have provided a vertical and horizontal version. This is just the frame not the vertical mounting bracket.
The frame is printed in PETG for strength and flexibility.
The texture matching the adjacent black parts can be accomplished by:
Smoothed with sandable black primer and sanding
Coated with Rustoleum Bed Liner Spray.https://www.rustoleum.com/product-catalog/consumer-brands/auto/truck-bed-and-undercoating/truck-bed-coating-spray/
Finished with a light coat of satin black.
