Improved Toon Shader (Cycles)

Hello people of blend swap,
recently I started looking at the toon shader in blender and didn't like the way it worked. I found it hard to use and didn't make a lot of sense. So naturally the next thing to do is to try and improve it using blenders beloved nodes. I came up with a way of achieving a look similar to games like borderlands and TWD with that lovely black outline. It was accomplished using a fresnel node with some modification.(http://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/692/what-does-the-cycles-fresnel-node-do)Although this method can handle most meshes it's not 100% reliable, please ensure your mesh is properly subdivided and smoothed.
