By following the instructions in the video, these parts will allow you to use your BLtouch with:
Auto levelling at the start of each print in only 30 seconds
Accurate/symmetrical spacing of probing points
Automatic adjustment for any build surface, regardless of thickness
The side mount is for use when the standard part cooling fan is in place.
The front mount is when a rear mounted cooling fan has ben installed, such as the Ciii cooler: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2004629
Edit: Two variations the front mount are now included for those who find the original design puts the probe too close to the bed. They are titled accordingly.
Here is the Onshape source file: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/e0e0da6ce62b20caffcac2bc/w/83f1f416b23bf8ed753727b8/e/fffd510243b366f72deaaf54
Editing the value for 'plane 1' controls the height the sensor sits at relative to the metal mounting surface. My original design for 6mm. A smaller number moves it up, a larger number moves it down. Now you can edit to whatever offset you like.
