Imperial Cog Fan Grill by DJNaw

Show your dedication to the Impire by covering your fans with my eye-balled version of the cog!
My basic story is that I had a different 40mm fan guard that worked fine until I moved my fan location and found out my fan's fins stick out just above the top edge of the frame. Meaning I needed a new fan grill that slightly raised off the frame so it wouldn't rub the fan fins. In doing so I thought I'd make a couple other variations as well.
These are being used on my Printrbot Simple Metal with an E3D v6 conversion.
These grills are fairly thin on purpose. Please do be careful knowing they are fragile.
