I was asked to make a tilted stand for the ImmersionRC lapRF Personal Race Timing System thingamajig, so a few days ago I designed this, out of TPU so it's durable if/when a quad crashes into it, and with no supports to help reduce print time & amount of material used.
There are two versions.
1) No holding strap so it can be printed on smaller printers.
2) Holding strap version to secure the lapRF to the stand. You'll need a bed that's 250mm wide to print this one, and then print the pin separately. I originally had the pin built-in to the strap but it broke off too easily, so I created a separate pin piece to print.
It's also designed to hold a 90mm long 18650 USB powerbank to keep it running even longer.
Print the main holder in TPU at 0.2mm layer height, no support.
Print the strap pin in TPU at 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimiters, 1/3 or 1/4 normal printing speed, no support.
Direct downloads from my website:http://www.haku.co.uk/3D/ImmersionRC_lapRF_TPU_stand_strapless.stlhttp://www.haku.co.uk/3D/ImmersionRC_lapRF_TPU_stand.stlhttp://www.haku.co.uk/3D/ImmersionRC_lapRF_TPU_stand_strap_pin.stl
And I got a request for the stand in something other than .stl, so here's an export in .obj format (I can't export step format)http://www.haku.co.uk/3D/ImmersionRC_lapRF_TPU_stand_obj.zip
You can sell prints of this, but don't overcharge, and link back here.
