Both parts print without support and fit in the Ender 3 build envelope.
This extractor mounts on a standard microphone suspension desk mount (~$10 from Amazon), uses a standard 120mm fan, standard 4" flexible ducting, 12v 8mm LED light strip, and 6mm toggle switches (to separately switch the fan and lamp).
The result throws a lot of light, extracts fumes effectively, and is very easy to position over the work (or get out of the way if you don't need it). It is real-deal 3D printed shop equipment. Very useful for an open frame laser cutter, soldering, or painting small parts.
I recommend selecting a high CFM brushless 120mm fan. It will be loud, but move a lot of air.
If you print two of the top piece, one works great in your window baffle.
