Modified version of the Ikea Tertial work lamp table mount to support mounting to a vertical surface.
Slight mod to the hole for the clamp shaft, so that it sits recessed. I'm not using this on an Ikea lamp, but it suited my needs. The other end is "stock" so would be suitable for the Ikea lamp without further modification.
