Remix eines Remix. (English below)
Ich habe mir die besten Ideen für eine Trockenbox hier auf Thingiverse zusammen gesammelt und zwei kleine Dinge verändert bzw. hinzugefügt:
Zwischen den Kugellagern habe ich eine kleine Scheibe angebracht damit die beiden Lager nicht aneinander schleifen.
Zudem habe ich eine große Scheibe jeweils an der Außenseite des Lagers montiert. Somit druckt nicht direkt die M8 Mutter aufs Lager.
Die Halter für die Gewindestangen habe ich mit jeweils 2x M4x10mm Schrauben + Unterlegscheibe verschraubt. Hier reicht wie @ MY-ACTIONS schreibt eine Schablone aus.
Die Gewinde nach dem Drucken mit einem Schneideisen eindrehen bzw. nachdrehen.
Die Silica Box habe ich mit 4x M3x5mm einfach am Deckel festgeschraubt. Mit einem Stück Küchenrolle halten diese an Ort und Stelle.
Die Filamentdurchführungen habe ich jeweils mit M4x10mm und M4 Mutter montiert. Das Durchgangsloch ein wenig Größer aufbohren.

I have collected the best ideas for a dry box here on Thingiverse together and changed two small things or added:
I mounted a small washer between the ball bearings so that the two bearings don't grind against each other.
In addition, I have a large disc mounted on the outside of each bearing. So the M8 nut does not press directly on the bearing.
The holders for the threaded rods I have screwed with 2x M4x10mm screws + washer. Here, as @ MY-ACTIONS writes, a template is sufficient.
Screw in or retighten the threads with a die after printing.
I simply screwed the silica box to the lid with 4x M3x5mm. With a piece of kitchen roll they hold in place.
The filament feedthroughs I mounted each with M4x10mm and M4 nut. Drill out the through hole a little larger.
