Ikea OBSERVATOR Bracket for Closetmaid Wire Shelving by tombresson

This bracket was designed to allow an Ikea OBSERVATÖR wire basket to be attached to a ClosetMaid Close Mesh Wire Shelf. These baskets can be had for around $3 USD, which is a bit cheaper than the ClosetMaid version of these baskets.

Assembly:
Start by hanging the two "fingers" of the basket on the ClosetMaid shelf. Then snap the top part of the bracket to the ClosetMaid wire shelf. While supporting the basket, the bracket can be slid on the ClosetMaid shelving towards the Ikea basket and attached to it.
More than two brackets could be used to better support the basket.
