The plastic pieces that fasten the wooden slats to the metal frame of the IKEA NYHAMN bed/sofa break quite easily. This is a printable replacement.
I recommend printing in vertical orientation with supports everywhere like shown in the screenshot. This ensures that the forces that act on the holder are paralell to print layers, which is the strongest orientation in 3D prints. I first printed it horizontally, as this was the easiest way (no supports), but the part faild within a week. I then printed vertically and it never broke.
Also use higher temp then usual to ensure good layer adhesion. PLA and around 215 deg. C worked fine for me.
