This is an "edge" mount for an M10 PTFE Pneumatic Fitting, like the ones below:

These are the kind that allow the tubing to pass "through" them, and this part is a "checkpoint" mount for keeping the tubing stationary in the "middle" of its track.
Requires a 12-14mm M3 bolt to hold the angled part to the base, similar to these:

No nut is necessary as the part does not move.
Requires two screws to screw the base directly to the edge of a LACK table. I used 12 x 3/4" pan head Phillips screws, like the ones below:
