UPDATE 2: Wow! Been awhile and I'm glad to see my files have helped a few people. I have made a few updates I've switched my filament holder to a universal one found here. I've also made some Leg brackets to stabilize the enclosure a little bit (I know I should of done them along time ago).
UPDATE: Since posting this I've made a few updates to my enclosure. I've added some LED strip lights for lighting and an air scrubber which can be found here (also note my scrubber didn't finish printing but, I still made it work.) I've also added a IIIP (Monoprice logo) badge on the front which I will add to the downloads.
I originally wanted to use the Ikea Stuva cabinet but, they have discontinued that line so I chose the next best thing which is the Lack Tables. Inspired by this Instructable, I designed a few parts for our little printer to work with this enclosure.
First I designed braces to stabilize the printer on the bottom, then Z axis braces to stabilize it and do away with the 3D printed Z braces I had.
Second I designed some small L braces for the walls and for the front door. The front door braces I just super glued some Neodymium magnets to them.
Third I made some grommets for wiring on the bottom and for the Bowden tube going through the top. Alternately you could mount the spool holder on top and feed the filament through if you are using the original extruder.
Fourth I made brackets for holding the control box and mounting it on the bottom.
I also made a spool holder that you can mount to the side if you are using a Bowden setup. All you have to do is screw the original spool holder into it.
For the hinges, I used
these, and for the door handle I used this handle. (Thanks justindp2006 for finding it)
For the sides I used some corrugated plastic from Home Depot and the front is 1/4in. thick Acrylic. measurements can be found in the Instructable link.
