Replacement part.
After receiving a VISDALEN chest of drawers, I found this part and ball bearings missing from some of the drawers.
Took a good drawer apart and created this thing from measurements.
How to:
Use pliers to pry open crimped end of slider to insert new part and ball bearings (two at a time).
If missing this part then rails may also need some tweaking back to original shape, look down the length of them to assert the balls will run true in the grooves.
After inserting new part and bearings, bend back the crimped ends to finish.
Good moment to add some grease/lube (that won't eat/soften your filament!) before re-fitting to the drawers.
The ball bearings (24 per drawer) are 3mm diameter and can be found sold as bicycle spares. Online 100pcs can be found shipped anywhere for around a couple bucks.
