I am mounting my power supply under the print bed on the new Kossel 250, therefore a power switch mounted to the supply is impractical as well as inconvenient. Therefore, I have created a power box to mount to the printer with a recessed location for the IEC fused power adapter and included four XT-60 connections (one for the hot end, one for the hot end, another for fan(s) and or lights.
The XT-60 connectors are common battery connectors for RC cars and quadcopters. They should be a push fit configuration, but there are hole all along the sides of the receptacle housings to allow for a bolt to secure the power connectors if needed.
This box was designed to it onto the Ultibots Kossel 250 extrusions with the center-to-center of the lower extrusions measuring 39mm. I am planning to mount the device using M3 bolts and T-slot nuts, and so the holes in the tabs are 3.0mm in diameter - it will be a tight fit initially but since this panel should not have to be removed often (if at all), this tight fit should not be an issue.
